We hire experienced data engineers, ML engineers, and analysts who want to do the work, not manage slides. Most of what we do is embedded with a client team, so you should be comfortable owning a problem end to end and explaining your decisions to people who will rely on them.

What we look for

Strong Python and SQL. Real production experience with messy, multi-source data. The judgment to know when a number can be trusted and when it cannot. Bonus for ML in production, or experience in a regulated setting.
